Sam Wilson – Head Chef Milk and Honey Cafe
Sam has over 20 years experience in iconic kitchens in Wellington, London and the Netherlands. He has a strong interest in sustainability and ‘real’ food with a particular appreciation for locally-sourced ingredients. Driven by both adventure and flavour, Sam enjoys hunting, fishing and foraging to find new products to transform with his culinary dark arts.
Jack Barber is the general manager of Hunter Lounge and co-director of Good Chemistry Catering. Jack is committed to creating a venue that not only caters to the needs of hard-working students but also doubles as a sophisticated setting for non-campus events. Jack’s knowledge of local and international trends in wine and beer is an invaluable element of The Hunter Lounge’s appeal. Before coming to the Victoria campus, Jack brewed beer at Mac’s Brewery as well as having a stint making wine at St. Clair vineyard in Blenheim.
